14 DAY RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure all conditions are met:

  1. All items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  2. All items but be returned in their original packaging.
  3. The cost of the return are at the customer's expense and shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  4. All returns must be sent no later than 14 days from receipt of goods. If more than 14 days have gone since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
  5. The original Packing Slip must be returned and enclosed in your return package. 
  6. Your order number (#XXXX) must be written on the label on the outside of the package.
  7. Once we receive your return package, we will inspect the items and refund the amount to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method to return your items as we will not be responsible for packages that are undelivered or lost in transit.
  8. Sale items are not eligible for a return, exchange or credit note unless faulty. 

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Please email us at support@gromoto.com to inform us that you wish to return your items. Include your order number and reason of return.
  2. Ensure all return conditions listed above are met and ship the items to the given return address. You should ensure that all items have been carefully packaged in the original packaging when you return them. You are personally liable for the package and items until we have received them.
  3. Once we receive your return package, we will inspect the items and refund the amount to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method to return your items as we will not be responsible for packages that are undelivered or lost in transit.
  4. Please note that refunds might take up to 10 business days to be processed. Contact your bank or credit card issuer for more information regarding their refund processing times. 

 

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS

We try our best to ensure product quality and accuracy, but sometimes mistakes happen and we sincerely apologize in advance if it happens. If either of these rare occurrences happens to you, please take a clear photo of the item(s) and email it to us within 7 days of reception of the item(s), along with your order number to: support@gromoto.com. Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will get a replacement sent to you right away.
